You represent and warrant that:
You are a qualified researcher or are acting on behalf of a licensed or accredited institution;
You will comply with all applicable safety guidelines (e.g., MSDS) and legal requirements;
You will handle, store, and dispose of all compounds responsibly.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where we suspect misuse or violation of these terms.
2. Age & Jurisdiction Restrictions

It is your sole responsibility to ensure compliance with all applicable local, state, federal, or international laws before ordering.
3. Orders & Payment
Orders are subject to acceptance at our discretion and product availability.

4. Shipping & Delivery

The Customer is responsible for compliance with import laws and regulations in their country. We are not liable for packages seized, delayed, or returned by customs or enforcement agencies.
5. Returns, Refunds & Damages
Because these are high-purity research-use materials, all sales are final.
Refunds or replacements may be considered only in cases of shipping error or damaged goods, and must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery.
The Customer may be required to provide photographic evidence or return the affected product before a refund or replacement is issued.
6. Limitation of Liability
Evolution & Recovery LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from misuse, mishandling, or improper application of our products.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Evolution & Recovery LLC, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, costs, or damages stemming from your purchase or use of our products.
